Fran came promptly on a Saturday to unplug our kitchen sink. Turned out to be a much more complicated and persistent plug in our main outlet pipe which is shared with a neighbor. Fran worked his butt off to figure this out and ultimately fix the problem. He was courteous and efficient. Would definitely use these guys again for any drain issues.
